Bow and Arrow

Many of you (or those who actually read this) may remember a really awesome guy named Pat that used to live in Richmond. He moved here from New Hampshire cause his friend, who is another awesome guy, lived here, Kevin Hennessey. I got to know Pat pretty well through skateboarding and because he got to work at Dominion. After awhile, we both were here in Richmond, broke, unemployed, and having no idea what to do with ourselves. We eventually found out that we both kinda sorta play the guitar but not really.

Bow and Arrow was born on Hellblock during that little blizzard that occured last winter. Some friends, a few beers (and more shots), and two guitars, and we already had one song. We knew we'd make it big. By the way, thanks to Haley, Kiersyn, and Egbert for putting up with us. Anyways, Pat moved back to New Hampshire to pursue other things and we were all sad to see him go. Before he left we recorded a few songs and ate some McDonalds Dollar Menu. Keep in mind these are purely fun, we're not musicians, just two guys with big hearts and even bigger dreams................8==D

Hey Guys! 2010!

Well, it certainly has been awhile. I kind of had the intention of never really posting on my blog again, but a friend of mine brought to my attention that some people actually liked my blog, believe it or not. I don't know if thats true, but I figure I might as well try it out again. So let me get you caught up on things.
2010 has been an interesting year. It has had ups and downs, lefts and rights, and all kinds of other shit. In this year I've: been unemployed for 7 months, lived with my crazy grandma for a month or two in woodbridge while she accused me of working for the mafia and trying to 'mace' her, rolled my ankle and couldn't skate for two months, drove around without a drivers side window to my car and no stereo for multiple months (in the winter), kinda bailed on my friends in cold house (sorry guys), a few friends moved to new york, my BEST friend jack moved to texas, my grandmother passed away, got about $1200 in tax returns and spent it on nothing but it was gone real quick, skated alot of cool places with cool people, finally fixed my car window and got a stereo, painted 7-11 parking lot lines in virginia beach with matt, went skinny dipping, got a free tattoo, made friends, played pool, turned 25 and got very drunk, and FINALLY GOT A JOB. Other people lead a little bit crazier lives, but this has been my most unstable year of life, hence me being so dramatic about it. I'd like to thank all my friends for helping me when I've been down and for showing me good times. Scott Beckett is the best guy in the world. All my friends rule, I want to name you all but this post is already long and boring enough. Unfortunately I left my digital camera at pole green, so I'm gonna have to be a little more creative with my posts from here on out. Heres to fall and the rest of 2010!

Let The Good Times Roll.

This is a picture from a few years ago. This was from Jacks birthday, at the now infamous Parkwood house. This was seriously some of the best times of my life. I love this picture so much. Alot of my favorite people of all time in one picture.
Thank you guys for all the great times.

Epicly Late Halloween Post.

So, its already November? Halloween seemed like the other day, but I guess I'm wrong. I have a nice collection of photos from the night before Halloween, so let me show you.

Robbie Lee. This scared multiple people all night.
Miltine, such a great guy.
Played some more "fuck with swyers and his car." This game is pretty popular these days.
Hellsworth, him and milty always put a smile on my face.
This picture of Andy is extremely creepy.
Also, Casey gets creepy.
Ryan was a sexy golden girl, look out ladies.
Black lights made my shoes look cool. No?
This guy was the life of the party. Look at all the little scratches and shit on him. I actually saw him at hippoland the other day. I want to know him.
Soy boy and Gilby.
Aiden getting weird.
So scary dude!
Handsome Jack.
College! 2 Chicks!
???
Pats the shit. Ladies man.
Observing the party.
Black lights are neat.
All the pressure is finally getting to him.
This is a good way to relieve stress. I really want to know that guy.
"I can't do it!"
Milty has a soft spot for glow sticks.
P.S.S.
Feeling it?
Andy knows how to get wasted.
Mike Myers creepin' on the dance floor.
This dudes girlfriend was "sexy" for Halloween and had her ass all hanging out. I tried to take a picture and he was like "Nah, thats my girl!" and then gave me the finger. People rule.
Spazzy. This is why I love Halloween.
Rob also had a creepy ass shirt on.
Cops or something. Evacuate!
Hanging in the street and watched this insane fight happen. Everyone on the street against one dude. Some wigger kid hit a girl or something, and he got the shit kicked out of him. It got real gnarly.
Had to walk to my car the next morning in the rain. Id say this looks depressingly beautiful.
Stopped by the shop on Halloween. They hired a new hot chick.
Missed connection waiting to happen.

I've really been enjoying life lately. Lots of skating and hanging. Maybe I'll get better at documenting it? Who knows. Also, I got a job! Holy shit, its been 3 months with no job. My life as a bum is over for at least 2 months. Wish me luck.

Woodbridge Homies.

Well shit, its been awhile. I've been really busy, you know, with my life and stuff. Alot of awesome shit has been happening. Went to DC with Jack, Gil, and Swyers, and although it wasn't a very productive skate trip, we had some fucking fun. Gil, Swyers and I started a band that consisted of Swy on ukulele, Gil freestyle singing, and me playing a bottle of advil. We sat across the street from freedom plaza and made a dollar! I guess we're naturals. Gil then unfortunately sicked his sack, and we called it a day.

Ladies and Gentleman, The Raw Squirrels.
Been hanging out at Main Tattoo a little bit, kicking it with my old woodbridge homies, Chris and Nelson. Had a little after hours beer and tattoo party.
This is an American Nightmare Wolfpack board. I'm not familiar with the band, but I'm damn familiar with Wolfpack. I wish I had one of these.
Chris getting a little guy on his leg.
Yes!
Nelson is always killing it. One of my favorite people ever.
SShhh, don't tell my mom.
We definitely weren't getting drunk. No way.
This might be the coolest second of my life.
Little fly guy. Thanks Nelson!

So of course, epic halloween weekend. I took a bunch of pictures on the first night of halloween, but blew it and didn't take any on actual halloween night. Bummer. But I will have an epic halloween post soon. Holler.

At the speed of life.

I promise I won't post pictures of myself too often.

Slacking hard on taking pictures of my life lately. Lots of fun has been had, hippoland, antigravity after hour sessions, spaghetti dinners, vcu police, business skating, stagehand work for "so you think you can dance", and maybe getting a real job? Who knows really.
